Return & Refund Policy – Sharqiyat Online

We want you to love every handmade product you purchase from Sharqiyat Online. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products used or altered by the customer

3. Return Conditions

To be accepted:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

4. Refund Method

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If the order had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Alternative product of equal or higher value (price difference applies)

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the mistake is from our side.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrived damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Send photos of the packaging and product

  • We will replace or refund the item free of charge

7. Canceling Orders

You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
